Bring that sunshine in your pocket to this musical theatre class about trolls. Students will discover their happiness as they work together to save their villiage. They will learn choreography, lines, and music and find their true colors along the way. Discover your song!
Staged Stories gives students the opportunities to work on already written and developed short scripts. All students get a named character with lines (and solos) if they want them. We write and select ensemble focused pieces that allows each student to shine but not overwhelm them. At the conclusion of the class, students will perform 2 workshopped performances in our large rehearsal hall for their friends and families. We will focus on foundational performance skills projecting, movement, character, line delivery, memorization, and teamwork.
