What are Play Packs?
Play Packs are a subscription package that get your the best deal for your family to see the most shows! Just choose a minimum of 3 plays to see this season, choose the number of tickets you want, and pick your seats right away to ensure the BEST seats in the house!
How do I redeem my free backstage tour?
You can begin reserving your family’s spots on your free backstage tour very soon! Keep an eye out for the promotional code to do so soon. You can find a list of the 2019-2020 backstage tour dates HERE in order to plan ahead! We will also include the code in your benefits packet that will be mailed to you in June 2019.
How will I receive my other benefits or purchase incentives?
Keep an eye out for your Play Pack Benefit Packet in the mail. Childsplay will begin sending these packets out in early June 2019. After June, benefit packets will be sent out on a once-per-week basis. Your benefits packet will contain information on how to redeem your Childsplay Academy discount or any free incentive you have qualified for if you purchased your package by a certain date. You will also receive special discount offers from other family-friendly organizations!
How do I redeem my Play Pack Tickets?
When you order your Play Pack, either online or over the phone, you will choose your seats right away.
How to I redeem my $10 off discount to an Academy class?
When registering for the desired class, simply add the promotional code given to you in your benefits packet. Please note that you can only redeem this discount one time during the season. If you do not have your packet or do not remember the code, please contact Childsplay at 480-921-5700 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change my reservation?
While there is no fee to make a reservation with play-packs, changing reservations will incur some fees. If you change your reservation within the same production, you will incur a $2.50 fee per ticket. If you change your reservation to a different production, you will incur a $5.00 fee per ticket.
I’ve forgotten which performances I selected. What do I do?
You can either call the box office at (602) 252-8497 or log in to your account with your user name and password.
I purchased a Play Pack as a gift for someone else. What do I do?
If you gave the Box Office the recipient’s information when you placed the order, that person will have his/her own account. If the account was established in your name you can contact the Herberger box office at (602) 252-8497 to make the change.
I made reservations for a show and couldn’t attend. Have I lost my tickets?
Once your show has passed you can no longer exchange tickets. If you have a severe emergency situation and are unable to contact the box office prior to the show, please contact Childsplay at 480-921-5700 or email@example.com to discuss the situation.
Do I need a ticket for my baby/toddler?
Everyone who enters the theater needs a ticket – even babies and toddlers. Most of our shows are recommended for children 3 and over.
When does my Play Pack expire?
At the end of the season in which you purchased the package for.
