Come to Childsplay for a fun-filled day of drama! Begin with a one hour drama workshop led by one of Childsplay's professional teaching artists! Then, head over to the theatre to see a Childsplay production. If you come on a Childsplay Scouts Day*, your group can receive a special backstage tour given by a cast or crew member. All activities align with Girl Scout and Boy Scout badge requirements, however Childsplay does not provide the physical badges after participation.
Workshop Cost: Starting at $150
Workshop Size = 8 - 15 scouts (more than 15 scouts in a workshop will require an additional fee)
Workshop fee includes rental of a classroom at Childsplay's Campus for Imagination & Wonder.
Ticket Cost:
Groups of 10+ = $17 per ticket

• Troupe Performer Badge (Ages 9+)
*We can accomodate 40 people total on our backstage tours. Once groups have registered for 40 spots on the tour, the backstage tour is no longer available for that perfomance. On certain occasions, backstage tours can be added to other performances.The earlier you contact us, the more likely we can add the backstage tour into your experience.

Add some drama into your scout meeting! Host your meeting at Childsplay or have a Childsplay teaching artist come out to you for your next scout meeting. Childsplay teaching artists will work with scouts on basic acting skills while exploring a theme relevant to your troop.
Workshop topics include:
• Theatre games and ensemble building
• Story Exploration
• Improvisation and comedy
Cost:
$100 per troop (up to 12 scouts)
(Add $8 for each additional scout)
