COVID-19 PROTOCOLS AT THE HERBERGER for Schools

MASK POLICY

Masks are required for all attendees ages 4+ at all times while at the Herberger Theater Center.

All guests, volunteers, and staff must wear masks and/or face coverings per CDC guidelines. Cloth face coverings shall be constructed with two or more layers of breathable fabric. Face coverings shall cover both nose and mouth and fit snugly along the sides of the face and securely under the chin.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Ushers escort one group at a time into the venue, and schools will be seated with a row in between each school.

CLEANING

In addition to overnight sanitation, we will have trained cleaning staff before, during, and after every event with guests. They will sanitize high touch points, restrooms, and other surfaces on an ongoing basis. That includes the audience area, restroom, box office, and backstage areas. They will also sanitize the chairs in seating areas after guests depart and prior to other guests using the chairs. Other precautions include:

  • Hand sanitizer stations available at all touchpoints
  • Resource Guides and Questions for the ride will be available digitally our website. You will receive links to these resources via e-mail before attending the show.

RESTROOMS

Occupancy of the interior restrooms will be limited to ensure proper physical distancing. Ongoing sanitation of high touch surfaces will take place during all events.
