We're developing a new play with playwright Esther Almazan, based on AZ urban legends, and we want to hear stories from your students!
And up to 10 students will be chosen to have their stories read on KJAZZ radio!
Want to Participate?
1) Use the provided Lesson Plan (or make one of your own) to prompt your students in exploring, collecting, and retelling urban legends from their community or family.
2) Enter using the Submission Form- submissions can include writing, drawing, audio, or video
3) All submissions due by May 23, 2025.
Submissions will be shared with playwright Esther Almazan, who incorporates student urban legends into her new play that will be performed in an upcoming Childsplay Season.
