This show is about an extraordinary girl who takes a stand against her child-hating head mistress with the help of her courageous friends. Full of high energy catchy tunes, the children are rising up against the school principal and her unjust school in this musical ode to the anarchy of childhood and the power of imagination.
Take center stage with this skill-intensive performance class! Students refine acting skills through the process of auditioning, rehearsing, and performing in a play taught by professional actors, directors, and choreographers straight off Childsplay's stages. The first week of rehearsals are on our main campus and the second week students rehearse at the Tempe Center for the Arts with final performances on the last day of class.
