In this fierce, fast-paced pop musical, a group of performers audition for a show that only has six roles. Each contender takes the mic to share their story, drop their beats, and prove why they deserve a spot in the spotlight. With powerhouse vocals, sharp choreography, and a whole lot of attitude, Five SIX Seven Eight is part audition, part concert, and all about claiming your voice—even when the odds are stacked against you. Who gets cast? That’s just the beginning."

FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, EIGHT is a high-energy, laugh-out-loud show about fame, friendship, and finding your voice in a world obsessed with the spotlight. Set inside a glamorous (and slightly ridiculous) talent agency, a group of young performers must survive cutthroat auditions, sneaky villains, and their own insecurities to discover that collaboration is stronger than competition. Packed with pop-inspired songs, big dance moments, and over-the-top characters, this musical gives every performer a chance to shine. Perfect for ages 8–15, campers will create and perform this full musical in just one week, building confidence, teamwork, and stage skills along the way. 

 

In a Musical Theatre Marathon, participants polish singing, dancing, and acting skills while learning a musical in a week! Directed by professional theatre artists, each script contains familiar songs from musicals or pop culture. After a week of intensive training, participants share a workshop performance for family and friends at Childsplay's campus.
