Join us for our General Season Auditions for the 2019-2020 Season!

 

DETAILS

TIME

  • Wednesday, April 10th 4pm - 7pm
  • Wednesday, April 11th 4pm - 7pm

LOCATION

  • Childsplay's Campus for Imagination and Wonder, 900 S Mitchell Drive in Tempe, AZ

 

PREPARE

  • Actors should prepare 1 monologue and, optionally, 16 bars of an up-tempo song.
  • The monologue and song should not exceed 2 minutes in total combined length.
  • There will be an accompanist available to play your music. An AUX connection will be available for recorded accompaniment.
  • Neither the song nor monologue need to be “appropriate” for theatre for young audiences.

  • Auditions are for non-Equity adult actors only.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Childsplay serves families and schools. Rehearsals and performances are held during daytime hours. School tours will include overnight trips outside of the metro Phoenix area.
  • All of Childsplay's in-house productions will perform at the Herberger Theater Center in downtown Phoenix.
