Each seating area (12 ft circle) may accommodate up to - but no more than - 10 people. Guests sitting together must be from the same household or quarantine group.
We want to make your experience as pleasant as possible. If you or someone in your group is feeling ill, or if you are uncomfortable with attending for any other reason, please let us know prior to curtain (showtime) for the performance you are scheduled to attend. We would be happy to issue you a refund or exchange for another date.
Tickets start at $15 during our Storybook Preview Weekend and at $28 during all remaining dates. All tickets are subject to Herberger Box Office fees. Tickets to each show are general admission, however, the Box Office will assign seating areas to guests based on group size and contact them about this prior to their arrival.

Yes! You may purchase a $6 parking pass for the Arizona Center Parking Garage during Box Office hours. If you have an unused parking pass from last season, you may also exchange it for a new parking pass if you wish.
The Herberger Theater Center offers discounted parking at the Arizona Center Parking Garage, which is located a short walk away from the theater at 5th Street & Fillmore. The parking pass will give you $6 parking, valid Monday-Friday from 5pm – 4am and all day on Saturday and Sunday. You can purchase a pass from the box office when you arrive at the theater. You will not need the parking validation pass until you exit the garage.
Yes! There will be an outside window on the Herberger Plaza available for concessions from TLC Café. Concessions may only be enjoyed from your designated seating area, where you will be able to safely remove your mask to consume food and beverages. No outside food or drinks are permitted.
If you have a credit from a canceled performance, you should have a gift certificate/credit in your Herberger account. Just contact the Box Office to use this credit toward your purchase.

All guests, volunteers, and staff must wear masks and/or face coverings per CDC guidelines. Cloth face coverings shall be constructed with two or more layers of breathable fabric. Face coverings shall cover both nose and mouth and fit snugly along the sides of the face and securely under the chin. Face coverings may be removed only while enjoying concessions purchased at the bar in designated seating areas.
Guests are required to maintain 6' physical distance between themselves and other parties from different households. Signage and floor markings will be in place as a reminder.
In addition to overnight sanitation, we will have trained cleaning staff before, during, and after every event with guests. They will sanitize high touch points, restrooms, and other surfaces on an ongoing basis. That includes the audience area, restroom, box office, and backstage areas. They will also sanitize the chairs in seating areas after guests depart and prior to other guests using the chairs. Other precautions include,
Occupancy of the interior restrooms will be limited to ensure proper physical distancing. Ongoing sanitation of high touch surfaces will take place during all events.
Herberger Theater staff associates and voluteers will submit daily health screening information, including temperature checks. Anyone reporting symptoms or not feeling well will not be permitted to be at or work at the theater.
