- Play Pass accounts at the Tempe Center for the Arts will be set up within three business days of your order.
- We will email you instructions for accessing your account, including the link, your user name, and password.
- If you haven't received the email within a week of your order you can email info@childsplayaz.org or call 480-921-5700.
- We will let you know by email when each show's tickets go on sale. Tickets are available to pass holders one week before they go on sale to the general public.

How do I redeem my passes?
You can redeem your passes in person or over the phone or online.
In person: Visit the box office at the Tempe Center for the Arts, 700 W. Rio
Salado Parkway, Tempe.
By phone: Call the Tempe Center for the Arts
box office 480-350-2822 (press 0) and identify yourself as a Childsplay Play
Pass holder. Tell the representative which performance (date and
time) you'd like to attend and how many passes you'd like to use. Your tickets
will be held at "will call" for you to pick up or they can be mailed to you, and
the number of passes used will be deducted from your account at that time.
Online: Login at the TCA ticket home.

When I am making my reservations with passes, they are asking for my credit card information. Will I be charged?
No, your card will not be charged provided you use the APPLY DISCOUNT
button and select PLAY PASS REDEMPTION, but you must enter a valid credit card in
order to proceed with your reservation. You will only be charged if you decide
to make a change to your reservation ($5 per ticket). You can save the credit
card information at the TCA website, so you don't have to enter that information
again when you make future transactions.

I've forgotten how many passes I have left. What do I do?

and click on the See Details link near the top of the page. When clicked, that
link will open a window showing you how many passes you have redeemed and how many
remain.

I wanted to give some of my passes as a gift. How do I give passes to someone
else?
When you are ready to redeem your play passes, if you do not have a specific date and time, you may convert some of your passes to a paper gift certificate by calling the Childsplay office during regular business hours (480-921-5700.) Note: if you choose this alternative, those passes will still show up in your account until your recipient redeems them.
If you do know the date and time of the performance that the recipient would like to attend, you can make the reservation for him/her. If redeeming your passes online, simply select the Print@Home option and give the tickets to the recipient. If ordering by phone or in person through the TCA box office, you can request the tickets to be mailed to a different name and address or for the tickets to be placed at "will call" under an alternate name.

I made reservations for a show and now we can't attend on that date. What do
I do?
You can exchange tickets by bringing your tickets in to the TCA box
office at least 24 hours in advance of the performance you are scheduled to
attend. If your tickets are at "will call" you can call (480-350-2822) to make the exchange.
There is a $5 fee per ticket to make exchanges, and tickets can only be
exchanged within the run of a show. For example, you can exchange from one week
of Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse to another, but you cannot exchange from Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse
to Lyle the Crocodile.
